I forgot my password - HELP!
If you can remember the email address you used when you registered... you're in luck! All you need to do is go to our Login Page and click "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD".  From there just enter your email address that you used when you joined ProDomme.com and your password will be sent to you.  If you cant seem to remember the email address that you used when you joined ProDomme.com, you will need to Contact Us and and provide us with your name and the link to your profile and we will send you your email address.

If you want to login to your account, simply click on the Login button locketed in the upper right corner of your screen or click here.  If you are experiencing troubles with your login, there might be several reasons for that:

Why is my city not listed on your website?
We have listed the most popular cities where we currently have Dominatrix and Pro Dommes. If your city is not listed here, that means we do not have any Dommes in your area, if this is the case, send us an email and we will work on getting your area added. We suggest that for the time being you list yourself in the closest major city.

How do I become a Featured Member?
If this is your first time on ProDomme.com and you wish to join the site as a Featured Member, please click on the "Advertise" tab on the upper right corner of your screen and select the desired package from the options below. We offer several different options: Monthly Auto Bill (EFT), 1 Month Membership, 3 Month Membership, 6 Month Membership and 1 Year Membership. Select the option that best fits your needs!

If you are a current member and wish to upgrade to Featured Membership, we give you that option as well. In order to upgrade your membership, please login to your account, from there select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab, from there click on "Account Information" on the left side of your screen and select "Billing & Payments".  There you may choose the Featured package you desire.

Special Note: If you are currently on a Monthly EFT plan and you wish to switch to a 3 month, 6 month or 1 year package you will need to cancel your current EFT plan first before you can change to any other package option.  To cancel your Monthly EFT plan, Login to your account, click on "Edit Profile", then "Account Information", then select the "Billing & Payments" and cancel your current EFT plan.

How do I do an interview?
We occasionally do exclusive interviews with our VIP and Featured Pro Dommes. If you would like to do an interview Contact Us and if your profile meets our criteria we can schedule an interview with you.

How do I make changes/update my ad?
If you are a current member and wish to update any of the information on your profile, please login to your account and select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab.  From there on the left side of your screen you will find all the categories that you can apply changes to.  After you complete all the desired changes in a section, make sure you click the "Save & Exit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I change/update my photos?
If you are a current member and wish to update any of the information on your profile, please login to your account and select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab.  From there on the left side of your screen click on "Manage Photos", from there you can add and delete the photos you want.  After you complete all the desired changes in the section, make sure you click the "Save & Exit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I add my phone number and/or email to my profile?
If you are a current member and wish to update any of the information on your profile, please login to your account and select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab.  From there on the left side of your screen click on "Contact Information", from there you can add or delete your phone number and email address, if you wish your phone number to appear on your profile, please select "Yes" from the dropdown tab located under where you entered your phone number.  If you wish to get contacted via email, please select "Yes" from the dropdown where you entered your email address.  After you complete all the desired changes in the section, make sure you click the "Save & Exit" button at the bottom of the page.

How do I cancel my Monthly EFT Membership?
If you wish to cancel your current membership, please login to your account and select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab.  From there on the left side of your screen click on "Account Information", from there select "Billing & Payments" to cancel your membership.

Special Note: After canceling your membership, your profile will still appear on the site until your date of expiration.

How do I permanently delete my profile from ProDomme.com?
This is NOT the same as canceling your billing!
If you wish to permanently delete your profile, please login to your account and select "Edit Profile" in the upper right corner located below the "Advertise" tab.  From there on the left side of your screen click on "Account Information", from there select "Delete Account".

Special Note: Please be aware that if you permanently delete your profile, your account will become inactive right away, all your information will be deleted from the sites database. There will be no refunds for unexpired membership!

We generally respond to all email inquiries within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive an email response within 1-2 business days, it is most likely because your email provider has marked the message as spam.
